We sell in-game money that's sent automatically to your Minecraft username on DonutSMP. Once it's sent, we can't take it back, so refunds work like this.

You get a full refund if

• we can't deliver your order, for example because we're out of stock or the player can't receive money on DonutSMP;
• we haven't delivered within 30 minutes after your payment is confirmed, and you ask for a refund before the money arrives. We then cancel the delivery. If the money still arrives before we've cancelled it, your order counts as delivered;
• we cancel your order.

If we can only deliver part of an order, we refund the part we couldn't deliver.

You don't get a refund if

• the money has been sent to the username on your order;
• you entered the wrong username and the money went to another player. We send it to exactly the name on your order, and money sent to another player can't be taken back;
• you change your mind after delivery;
• something happens on DonutSMP after delivery, such as a ban, reset, wipe or economy change, or you lose, spend or trade away the money.

How to ask for a refund

Open a ticket from your order page and tell us what's wrong. We'll reply as quickly as we can.

How refunds are paid

• Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are refunded to the same method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show up.
• Crypto payments are refunded in crypto to a wallet address you give us, for the US dollar amount you paid. We pay the network fee.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. If you open one for an order we delivered, we'll send the payment provider proof of delivery, and we may refuse your future orders.

Buyers in the EU, EEA and UK

At checkout you ask us to deliver right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the money has been delivered. Until then, you can cancel and get a full refund.
