These terms apply when you buy from DonutHeist (donutheist.com) or claim our free 5M. By placing an order or claiming the free 5M, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

DonutHeist is an independent shop that sells in-game money for the Minecraft server DonutSMP. We are not part of DonutSMP and not connected to its team. Not an official Minecraft service. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian to buy. You must also be allowed to use the payment method you pay with.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. You pay the price shown when you pay.
• We can change prices at any time. This never affects orders that are already paid.
• We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if a price was clearly wrong, or if we can't deliver. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

4. Delivery

• The money is paid automatically to the Minecraft username on your order, on DonutSMP, as soon as your payment clears. You don't need to be online.
• Delivery usually happens within a minute, 24/7. Sometimes it takes longer, for example when DonutSMP is down or very busy. If the automatic delivery fails or is down, our team steps in.
• When the money has been sent, we mark your order as Completed and email you.

5. Your Minecraft username

• You're responsible for entering the right username. We send the money to exactly the name on your order.
• Bedrock players' names start with a dot, like .YourName.
• Money sent to another player because of a wrong username can't be taken back and isn't refunded.

6. Your DonutSMP account

DonutSMP is run by its own team, not by us. You're responsible for following DonutSMP's rules with your account. We're not responsible for anything DonutSMP does, such as bans, balance resets, wipes or economy changes, or for what happens to the money after we deliver it, such as spending, trades or scams.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: you get a full refund if we can't deliver your order, or if we haven't delivered it within 30 minutes after your payment is confirmed and you ask for a refund before the money arrives. Once the money has been sent, there's no refund.

8. Payments, chargebacks and fraud

• Payments are handled by SellAuth, which runs our shop and checkout, and by payment providers such as Whop (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and cryptocurrency processors. We never see or store your full card details.
• If something is wrong with an order, open a ticket first. We answer quickly.
• If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for an order we delivered, we'll send the payment provider proof of delivery, and we may refuse your future orders.
• We may cancel orders and block buyers who use payment methods that aren't theirs or who abuse chargebacks.

9. Buyers in the EU, EEA and UK

What we sell is digital and delivered right away. At checkout you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the money has been delivered. Until then, you can cancel and get a full refund.

10. Free 5M promotion

You can get 5M on DonutSMP for free: enter your email and Minecraft username in the Free 5M window on our site, then the 6-digit code we email you.

• One free 5M per person, per email address and per Minecraft account. It's for players 13 or older.
• There's a daily limit on free claims, and the offer runs while supplies last. We can change or end it at any time.
• We send it to exactly the username you enter, so check it carefully.
• We can refuse or cancel claims that abuse the offer, for example with several accounts or disposable email addresses.
• The free 5M has no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. You don't have to buy anything to get it, but you need to confirm your email address and agree to receive our deals and news by email (you can unsubscribe anytime).

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Contact

For anything about an order, open a ticket from your order page. For other questions, email donutheistsupport@gmail.com.
